Sir Bani Yas Island

Sir Bani Yas Island is located 250 km from Abu Dhabi and is separated from the city by the Persian Gulf, which can be crossed by ferry or Rotana Jet aircraft.

The main attraction of the island is the Wildlife Park, where rare and endangered animals live - the indigenous inhabitants of the Arabian Peninsula such as giraffes, cheetahs, ostriches, and many other species. All animals live in an environment very close to natural. The second attraction of the island is the beaches. Just imagine how good it is to relax on a sandy beach, which is located on a secluded island in the middle of the Persian Gulf.

You can come to the island for one day and book a tour of the island at any of the hotels. You can buy the same tour at the tourist center in Abu Dhabi, or you can rent a hotel room and stay for a couple of days - enough to find out what real island life is.

You can go on a safari, rent bikes and explore the island, go diving or just spend the day at the beach.

How to get to Sir Bani Yas Island from Abu Dhabi

The easiest way to do this is by ferry, which departs from the ferry to Abu Dhabi (Jebel Dhana Ferry Station).

For hotel guests, the ferry crossing and transfer to the hotel are free of charge.
