About the airport
Fujairah International (FJR) serves the only UAE emirate on the Gulf of Oman coast, but it has far fewer direct passenger flights than the Dubai and Abu Dhabi airports. Most visitors reach Fujairah by car or transfer from Dubai — over the mountain pass or along the coastal road, about 1.5-2 hours.
