The beach of Saadiyat Island, formerly a free "public" beach, has operated since 2024 as a managed beach club called Kai Beach — it's the same stretch of coast, just now paid and fully developed. The beach stretches roughly 500 meters along the sea; it's sandy and very clean, and both adults and children will feel comfortable here.
The beach is equipped with everything you need: a sun lounger is included in the entry price, there are showers and toilets, lockers, and free parking near the beach. Outside food and drinks are not allowed — there are cafes on site.
Admission costs approximately 75 AED (about $20) for adults and 35 AED for children aged 6–12 on weekdays; on weekends and public holidays it's 95 AED for adults and 60 AED for children. Children under 6 enter free. The beach is open from 7:00 am until sunset.
The advantages of the beach include the beautiful blue color of the water, fine pearl-colored sand, high-class service, and, an unexpected bonus, the rare sea turtles that lay their eggs here.
You can come here by bus number 192, 401, the stop is called Saadiyat Public Beach.
There are several hotels nearby with beach access: the five-star The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi with spacious Mediterranean-style rooms, the stylish five-star Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, and the ultra-modern five-star Emirates Palace Hotel (Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental since 2023), which combines modern technology with traditional Arabian hospitality.
