Al Jubail Bus Station, Sharjah

Sharjah's main bus station is located in the city center, near the well-known Al Jubail Souq.
Buses to every part of the emirate, as well as most intercity destinations, depart from here. Al Jubail Bus Station is where you catch buses to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, and Fujairah.
Tickets can be bought at the ticket counters, and schedules are posted on the display boards.

For example, the bus to Abu Dhabi (route 117) takes about 2.5 hours, departs every 45 minutes from 3:45 AM to 11:30 PM, and costs AED 33 — cash only, paid right at the station, as there is no online booking for this route. Buses to Dubai run much more frequently, about every 5–10 minutes during peak hours, dropping you at major hubs such as Union and Al Ghubaiba.
