Ras Al Khaimah Zoo is located 22 km from the city center. It's a small zoo, though considered the third largest in the Emirates, and if you're traveling with kids, it's worth setting aside time for. There are large numbers of lions and tigers here, and they're featured on all the zoo's posters and brochures. The zoo's collection includes rare white lions and tigers.
The zoo also has monkeys, camels, horses, reptiles, and some other animals.
You can feed the animals; feed is sold at the entrance and costs about 10 AED ($3).
Admission costs approximately 40 AED ($11). Tickets aren't sold at a gate booth — you need to book online in advance via the zoo's website or partner platforms; cash only if buying directly on-site.
