Snoopy Island & Al Aqah Beach

Snoopy Island (locally known as Al Aqah Island) is a tiny rock islet off Al Aqah Beach on Fujairah's northern coast, named for a rock formation resembling a reclining Snoopy. It's one of the best snorkelling and diving spots on this stretch of the Gulf of Oman coast, with a coral reef ringing the island and a well-known nearby shipwreck site.

The island has no fixed hours or entry fee — you reach it on a short (about 5-minute) boat trip run by the dive and snorkel centres on Al Aqah Beach. Price and schedule depend on the specific operator.

The islet is quite small, roughly 100 by 70 metres, rising to 19 metres.
