Khor Fakkan Beach, Sharjah/Fujairah

This beach belongs to the emirate of Sharjah, though it's geographically closer to the neighboring emirate of Fujairah. That doesn't really matter, though, since there are no real borders between the emirates. For example, the neighboring beach called Luluyah is a couple of hundred meters away and is already in Fujairah.
The beach is free, very clean, and considered one of the best public beaches in the Emirates.
The beach is about 4 km long, so everyone can find their own spot in the sun. Khor Fakkan Beach is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable beach day — changing cabins, showers and toilets, umbrella and sun lounger rental (about $6 per set), plenty of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, sports and playgrounds, and water sports equipment rental.
A promenade lined with tall palm trees runs along the beach, pleasant for an evening stroll.
